Our organizational structure

MIPM seeks to implement the principles of lean organizational management. Flat hierarchies provide a basis for direct communication and thus fast decisions. Reducing bureaucratic barriers leads to an efficient workflow and provides the agility need to react to changing market demands. That, in turn, puts us in a better position to serve our customers.

The development and production of our own medical devices and the provision of preventative and corrective maintenance services for devices made by MIPM and by other companies form the main pillars of MIPM, thus establishing a strong foundation for our organization.
